Motor routes are delivered by independent contractors under contract with NewsWorthy Servicing LLC. Routes run every day of the year. Contractor is responsible for hiring a substitute to fill in if days off are needed. All numbers quoted above are estimates, and will vary from week to week because of delivery adds and stops. Compensation is based in part on number of papers delivered, and amounts may be reduced by customer service penalties. No selling or collecting is required. Contract compensation is paid every 2 weeks, and is reported to federal and state taxing agencies on form 1099. No taxes or employee-type deductions are withheld. No employee-type benefits are provided. Submission of proof of auto liability insurance is required upon contracting, and periodically throughout the term of the contract. |
